CocoTutti starts with our housemade raspberry jam, using organic raspberries from Yerena Farms (Watsonville-area).  The bar mold is hand decorated and air brushed with colored cocoa butter before the chocolate shell is created, filled, and finished with chocolate and freeze dried raspberry.  Shareable? Yes.  Necessary to share?  No.
