This handmade bar is filled with our housemade strawberry jam (using organic strawberries), freeze dried strawberry, and a touch of strawberry liqueur, creating the best chocolate dipped strawberry you ever had!  The filling includes Valrhona 33% (white) chocolate and the bar is wrapped in 64% E Guittard dark chocolate.
