Kokak Chocolates began as a passion project for chocolatier Carol Gancia whose culinary training started with her work in local and national television shows about San Francisco Bay Area food and French cooking. She later on pursued professional chocolate courses, studying with much-admired female industry mentors like exceptional chocolatier Melissa Coppel at her school in Las Vegas and veteran pastry chef Stacy Radin at the International Culinary Center in California. Carol's work as a chocolatier and her experiences with such an exceptional tribe of chocolatiers and chocolate makers have brought so much joy to her life. Today, she and her team are proud to offer premium flavors crafted in beautiful, tropical-inspired designs with a story to tell. She takes pride in working with like-minded vendor partners that believe in offering healthy and yummy ingredients while striving towards sustainability.
